Before accessing your server, you must accept our Acceptable Use Policy. In short:

• Lawful use only. Nothing illegal under Bahamian law may be stored, published or transmitted — and you are responsible for your end users too.
• Know-your-client. We serve reputable, well-regulated clients and may request identification, business registration and intended-use information.
• Sanctions & compliance. You warrant you are not on any sanctions list and will comply with export-control and anti-money-laundering laws.
• No abuse. No unauthorized access, scanning, spam, open relays, malware hosting, or anything that damages Secure Shore's network or reputation.
• Enforcement. Breaches may lead to suspension or termination, with or without notice.
